Justine was born in Eastern Washington but currently resides in Kirkland. She is not lacking experience in the optometry field because her father has a successful optometry clinic in Ephrata. Justine has been helping him out for as long as she can remember but really started to make a contribution in the last five years.

Justine is a graduate of CWU and puts all that knowledge to use by aiding the doctors with pre-testing and any special testing patients may need.
